AberActives and Les Huiles Bertin (Miréolian Group, Vannes) formed a strategic partnership in January 2026 in order to develop the production of innovative ingredients derived from large marine algae. This collaboration is part of a common approach to promote marine biomass, the environmental transition and the desire to contribute to the economic development of Brittany. Based on this finding, Les Huiles Bertin will acquire a stake in the capital of AberActives for the fundraising phase scheduled for the end of 2026. This partnership combined with the mobilization of their network is promising for our new challenge.
